General Terms and Conditions

PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION

  • Inquiries and bookings are made via our website (email or contact form), mail, fax or in person at the reception desk of the private accommodation unit.
  • The guest guarantees his booking by paying a booking fee in the amount of 20 €  per private apartment or the amount agreed on with the private accommodation unit’s sales department.
  • Advance payment can be made: ONLINE/BY CREDIT CARD or OFFLINE by bank transfer, and in person at the reception desk of the Turist biro Cres or Turist biro Valun travel agency.
  • Private accommodation check-in – by 10:00 p.m.
  • Private accommodation check-out – by 11:00 a.m.
  • Additional charges for late check-outs: 1 extra day of stay will be charged.
  • The listed prices are valid for any length of stay (starting from 1 overnight stay).
  • The final amount is paid at the reception desk of the private accommodation unit before departure, whereas agency guests pay the full final amount in advance.
  • The prices are provided for information purposes only, and the private accommodation unit reserves the right to change them.
  • Changes in bookings are only possible in written form by the company’s Sales Sector.
  • The private accommodation unit reserves the right to reject a booking should the guest fail to pay the booking fee, misuse the system, or if the guest is known to be a non-payer or problematic.
  • Information on filing complaints
    Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14), we inform the consumer that complaints about the quality of our services may be submitted in written form at: Cresanka d.d., Varozina 25, 51557 Cres or email address: cresanka1@ri.t-com.hr or fax number: 051/571-163. You will receive a written response to your complaint within 15 days of receipt of the complaint.
